mouse stopped working --need help with hjt log

my mouse earlier seemed like it was getting taking over and moved on its own to the top left corner of the screen. when i restarted my computer the cursor was immobile and still is. ive been using tab buttons to download highjhackthis and get all the way to this forum haha. if any one can let me know what is wrong, thatd be amazing. the log is attached...

Follow these instructions EXACTLY and put HijackThis in e.g C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.

Then Read: How to post your Hijackthis log-files as an attachment.

Pay attention to the HJT references: R1, O10 and O16

Don't see anything mouse-related or mouse-specific.
