Moved files around now I cant open downloads under this pc

I had some files in my Data(D and they were called Contacts, downloads, desktop, favorites, link, and pictures. I moved them into a folder called windows apps not I can't get them out. Says a unexpected error when try to move them out of it. Now I can't open downloads under my PC and pictures. This is the error

Can't view the error in jYn09. You've moved the files to another logical drive (d:\) and that should not have been a problem - - IF it was created correctly and giving the correct permissions:

1. what login are you using when this occurs?
2. what are the permissions on the D:\ drive?
