Inactive Multiple iexplore.exe processes with Explorer8/Winxp

I have tried many scans and fixes but after searcing online I decided to get help. I have noticed with others that have had this problem have downloaded HJT. I took the liberty of doing that and running a scan. This is my log. I am running Explorer8 and windowsXP. Please help, I am not very computer saavy so I may need step by step help. Thanks in advance.

While IE opened, or even with IE closed?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
