My computer won't turn on.

Everything is OK, but it's failed to turn on. I can't enter BIOS setting. No problems with power. Is this problem from BIOS or not?

I use ECS P965T-A,Core 2 e6300, kingstone 512 DDR2 533, hdd seagate & a radeon x1300.

Failed to turn on as in no fans spinning and no lcd light on board or as in failed to display after pc switches on?

No fans spinning and no led light on my mobo.
