My monitor flashes between analog and HDMI, and sometimes the cooler sounds really high.

So, for a few days its been happening to my pc, from time to time, the monitor starts swaping betwen HDMI and analog, which I cant solve without turning it off for a few minutes. 2 times already at the same time the screen starts to change, my cooler starts blasting as high as possible.

Is it some part being loose? I dont really know how to open the pc to check, and theres no tech support center on my city.
