My Task Manager will not open

As I've researched, this is a common problem, yet the solutions I've read don't remedy this certain problem.
Attached is the HijackThis file. I'm sure there are plenty of problems...

Please help us out. We've been trying to fix this computer for ages now. We don't know what to do.
