Inactive Need help removing virus/malware

I've been unable to completely remove Hotbar from my pc. Norton detects registry entries but I'm unable to find/see these entries when I search the registry. My pc is running pretty slow and internet explorer pauses often. I've attached a hijackthis log. Please let me know what I can remove.
