Need help with a hijack this log

Please review this hijack this log. I downloaded a program yesterday, and I've noticed that I've been getting more errors with other programs, so I wanted to rule out malware. Thanks!

Looks Ok to me, somebody with more experience may disagree. In the meantime download and run Ewido.
