It looks to me like your system is infected with malware.
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [1sje7rk6lk] %systemroot%\system32\Rundll32.exe %systemroot%\system32\1sje7rk6lk.dll,DllUnregisterServer
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Xtpdriw - D:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Xtpdriw.dll
The above entries both look suspicious to me.
You`re not running any antivirus or firewall software either, this is a huge security risk.
Your HJT log is incredibly short and shows no 023 services running. This is highly unusual. Can you explain why that is?
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

my problem is solved,because i use system restore and back to two days ago.
why my HJT's log short,because i always select all the item and fix checked.
and i always run antivirus to remove any virus ,trojan and others.
after that i uninstall it,because i don't want system run too many software.
and my startup item only have one,only msn in my startup item.
anyway i sure this two thing is make me cannot see desktop and do you know how to fix it ?
