No sound on my computer! help!!!

i recently formatted my fujitsu siemens pc and lost the drivers and utilities cd to install the sound drivers and everything back onto the computer.

how do i get sound working again??

What sound card do you have? Tip: go control panel-->sounds and audio devices-->the name of your sound card should be up there near the top.

Do you remember the model number/name of the PC? If you do, you may be able to find drivers on the manufacturers website, but that of course depends on how old your PC is.

If you have the name of your sound card, you should be able to download drivers from the manufacturer's website as well.
