Nominate Members?

I was just wondering how you would nominate a member for the "special" ranks in the forum...I just noticed that it's not specified in the guidlines. Thanks for listening !

Normally, you can nominate a member for promotion by sending Julio a pm, since it`s he who makes those kind of decisions around here.
