Not certain which infection(s) are present (WinFixer, CWS, About:Blank)

I've tried running Ad-Aware, Spybot, and CWS Shredder but nothing seems to remedy the problem as Spybot continuously finds evidence of CWS but the Shredder says nothing is infected. Any help is greatly appreciated!
