Notification flyout not working

Don't know if it's you or Firefox, but the flyout panel where your notifications are no longer works.

My name in the small toolbar is still connected to my profile page, but hovering the pointer is no longer granting access to notifications.

I also tried granting a couple of new script permissions, to no avail.

I also seemed to have the issue where the post, and an edited version seem to remain on the same page. In fact, I accidentally removed a post over it. (Oh well, in the case of some of my posts, maybe that's for the better).

PS, I was just upgraded to Firefox 54.00, but I think notifications stopped working before the new version was installed.

Confirmed to be working fine here on Firefox 54. I think I've had this conversation before, must be an add-on you are using.

Well Julio, I have the site working perfectly on Opera as well. That said, I haven't touched any privacy, content, or security settings on that browser. That same can't be said for my Firefox install.

We have had a part of this chat before, the part about the "phantom post", (failure to clear original post from the page before writing the edited version. The confusion resulted from a poorly worded sentence on my part, in paragraph 4. It should have read something more on the order of, "the phantom posting has returned, but the failure to allow me access to the notifications is something new altogether". (IIRC. In view of my age though, who knows. I might be days, hours, or even minutes away from full blown Alzheimer's ).

The notification fly out panel is such a tease though. You see the numbers, but the notices are hanging
there, just out of reach.

In any event, the script blocking in my FF installation may indeed, be causing the issue. With that said though, every time you tickle the forum's software, my browser seems to start giggling. (Metaphorically speaking, of course).

Anyway, thanks for checking it out for me.

EDIT: If you could make even a wild guess as to which script has to be unblocked to restore function to the notifications roll over, it would be deeply appreciated.
