Ntoskrnl.exe and Ntfs.sys Bad pool header, memory management, and kmode_exceptiong BSOD

Hello everyone I am at a loss here. I have been experiencing random blue screens for a few months now. I am not able to determine the cause or a certain time they happen. I could be sitting there looking at the internet, playing a game, or listening to music. I have attached a file to this thread with all the different blue screens.

The majority are linked to ntoskrnl and ntfs.

Things I have done to try and fix this issue.

I have ran Memtest on all sticks of ram over night one at a time with no issues.
I have re installed windows on the machine 3 times. (Windows 7 ultimate 64bit)
I have updated all drivers on the machine.

The majority are linked to ntoskrnl and ntfs... These refer to hard drive issues. have you tested the hard drive?

Is there a specific test you think I should do? I have run chkdsk, which has never showed any issues. Is there a program I should try? (I have the OCZ Agility 3 SSD

Oh, an SSD. SSD's are totally different than mechanical hard drives... They have their own built-in error correction capabilities. They are also known for early failures. OZC is known for troubles... Is the SSD set on a SATA 3 port configured AHCI or RAID. If it is, replace the SSD

It is in a 6gb port and set to AHCI I believe. So you would say it is a defective SSD and I should replace it? I will do that this weekend and let you know. Thank you very much :)
