OEM system builder pack help

I bought a oem service pack from fry's and they give me 64bit I need a 32bit I open it They will not exchange it does anyone know the number for Microsoft they said Microsoft might exchange it if i explain what happen.

Simply go to Microsoft's website and click on the "Contact Us" link at the very bottom of the page. Go from there.
