Operating system not found

Sorry for the neb question...I know I have too reinstall windows...is there a place were I can do that....with out the disc...I really cant afford the money they are asking for the disc ...any help would be GREATLY loved thanks in advace

Sorry the issue was an operating system wasnt found...had a few beers...and decided too wipe some old files

If not, why not try Linux...
