Partitioned drive is empty

my teacher has a hard drive that she partitioned.
from my understanding she has multiple partitions on one drive.
now the size and how many partitions there are i dont know
shes runnin windows 98
she says that the computer recognizes drive c as full but she says there is nothing on it
any ideas?

Strange, just delete the partitions using Fdisk and repartition it then format the drive. If it was never formatted it's not usable until it is.
