PC anti-spyware popup

Hello.

I need help with the PC Anti-spyware popup. I found this forum and have followed the first three steps suggested by Blind Dragon.

I have executed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
I have executed ComboFix.
i have executed HijackThis.

The log files are attached.

Please let me know what I need to do next.
