PC boot from SATA1 - please help

I have bought HP Dx6120 PC.

This has come with a SATA 80 GB (SATA0) + I have installed another SATA 160 GB (SATA1). DDRAM 1GB.

My Objective: I wish to install XP on both the drives so that while booting the pc through setup I can choose boot drive and accordingly the OS residing on the respective drive will be loaded.

Problem: In boot order I can see only one name SATA so there it is not possible to choose boot drive i.e. SATA0 or SATA1.
By default it boots always from SATA0
In device configuration I disabled SATA0 so that system must boot from SATA1 but then upon boot it gave error that non system disk.

Can someone please help?
