PC crashes randomly

Hey guys,
a few days ago my computer started to randomly crush.
its windows XP SP 3 running on AMD Athlon.
can someone help me understand the dumps?

what are you doing when the crashes occur?

i sometimes work (Visual Studio etc.), sometimes watch a movie, and sometimes it happens when i'm not home...
