PC slow down

anyone have idea about pc slow down after opened for a long time?
my pc running fast after restart, but after a few hour it become slower and slower

this problem occur faster when playing a games(take high page files like 700)

umm doesnt that happen to everyone. my computer does the same thing.

Run Ccleaner, defrag, need more ram, clean out your system.

Your system heats up and if your over heating that why, heat slows downs and eventually destroys PCs

erm...did you have any software that keep pc as fast as after restart?
