PC won't power on

i just had a problem with my computer every time i try to trun it on it will not powering on antil i try so many time so i want and bought a power supply and video card so what is wrong with my computer?

Do you have a spell-checker installed? You bought and installed a new power supply and video card? It still doesn't start?
