Perplexing bsod's

recently began getting random crashes....
tried to use windows tools to debug,
but not really competent to do that..
hoping for any help...
toshiba a75-s209
1 gb 200pin ddr2700 memory(512 on board,512 added)
ati radeon 9000 igp on board video
windows xp sp2
avg anti virus
comodo firewall

Looks like a hardware problem. When did you add the RAM?

3 years ago, when i bought the laptop...
i drive a truck over the road, and i think it may be vibrating loose(?)
anyway, i reformatted, and re-installed xp,
and so far i have been up for 3 hours,and re-booted several times as i re- install everything,
and no bsod's?????
weird, i tell ya....
