Possible to encrypt modfiy access but not view

Hi,

The built in write protection in Windows is easy to just unbox and make Changes in the USB-storage. Do u guys have any tips to either lock that option so its not possible to make Changes OR to encrypt the modify permission and make it possible for everyone to read whats on the USB?
