Power consumption

Does anyone know if there is a software utility for measuring a computer/server power consumption?? I tried searching it, but didn't come up with anything.

I don't. But for ~$20 you can buy a Kill-a-Watt which will be more accurate anyway.

Some PSU testers can break it down really well.

Nope. A Kill-a-Watt meter is your best bet.
