So I have been using DDG for years but now I want to switch to a better search engine.
Any one know of a more private search engine than DDG?

There is no thing such thing as privacy. Never has been. It's all a illusion. Certainly no company is about privacy. Sure some claim to be but that's cause they are trying to sell you something or get you to use their product. But the reality is, they are a business and will do whatever is in the best interest of their company/product.

There has never been and never will any search or browser that is going to make it to where it's 100% privacy. Just not how the world works or business for that matter. DDG may still be the best option for most but again, there isn't going to be a private search or browser ever. Someone either will or can ALWAYS see what you are doing if they so choose to.
People who want privacy, stay off the internet/don't use any devices. Only other reason you are worried would be because you are hiding or trying to hide something.
