Problem uploading my profile picture

I have tried to upload a picture( 2kb 49x63 pixcels) i have tried this with a number of pictures of which all are under the min requirements yet I keep getting an error upload...has anyone else had this problem?

Isn't the size limited to 50x50 pixels?

IL try that but it says 100 x 100
