problem with connection after standby

hello everyone....i just upgraded to a new motherboard and video card and since then, there is this problem that i can't figure out. when windows goes into standby, after it "wakes up", my internet can't connect. i have to restart everytime now to get my connection back up. i have a cable connection, and the LAN is in the motherboard. i just installed this program called anonymizer after the upgrade and it seems to interfere with other parts of the computer, so could it be that? any ideas?

Try removing anonymizer and see if the problems stops.
