Problem with easy realmedia editor

im trying to join two rmvb files using the easy realmedia tools but when i try to append the second file to the first i get the "failed" message...any help?

Could be a problem of different bitrates... I'd try to reconvert one or both to the same bitrate and try again just for test value...

tried it but it does not work...are there any additional codecs i have to install or what?
