Problem with Music Match Jukebox app turning off as soon as it's booted up?

I'm having problems with Music Match Jukebox app. When the app is opened it only stays on the screen for a few seconds and then pops off. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but that's not working. Any suggestions?
