Problems with Rome Total War

i need help
i have just brought rome total war and i have windows 7 ,it installs all right but when i try to play it a windows warning box comes up advising me i dont have permission and i cant get past this

hi Ian, have you tried right clicking on the .exe and running it as the administrator? I've got a few games where that's the only way it works...
