Propellor-driven hoverbike really flies

An Australian named Chris Malloy have invented (if it can be one) a 'Hover Bike' in his garage. Its twin propellers powered by a 1170CC engine would be able to lift the bike to over 10K height.

I wonder if Captain would want to trade his bike for one of these, when it become 'available' ......

Cool, I always liked the idea of hover packs, one man aerial vehicles, hover bikes, etc...
