Question: Can I install a graphics card into my All-in-one pc?

Though many might say that to just search it, I haven't found much answers, so I'm asking you fellow folks for an answer. I can pretty much only afford a preset pc and can't afford a bigger desk with a tower, so my only choice is an all-in-one. Now I love playing games, but it seems that my computer is not much of "game compatible" computer. I mean I am able to run games smoothly, but like MMORPGS? No. So that's just a little background information. I've always wanted to get a Nvida GeForce 610, but I'm not that sure if I'm able to install it. Here is my PC:
