RAM Upgrade Help

My mobo is a AsRock P4I45GX_PE and I need a ram upgrade. At least a 1gb upgrade. Can someone tell me what RAM is compatible with my mobo.

you can go to crucial.com, but online detectors are not 100% reliable.

similar asrock motherboards can take pc3200 dimms. This is a good bet.

I looked at several memory websites.
