Ram upgrade help...

i want to upgrade my ram but only have 2 ram slots, 1 is free + the other has 256mb ddr pc3200 in it. my specs are: amd athlon 64 3000+ 2ghz, 256mb ddr pc3200, asrock k8vm800 motherboard. can anyone help me on what to do?

Is THIS your motherboard?
If so, you're set. Your mobo supports standard DDR 400 RAM, and the corsair memory I suggested should work good!
