Random IE Pop Ups

I have followed all the other instructions on the site, and I still have these random pop ups from IE. I can just be browsing and all of a sudden a new IE window will open with some advertisement. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You`re not running any antivirus or firewall software. This is a huge security risk and has no doubt contributed to your virus/spyware infection.

Go HERE and follow all the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
