rar convertion

hi,im just wondering if anybody knows as im new to all this how to convert a rar game to installing and playing.

either creating into SFX archieve from WinRAR, WinZIP or WinACE.

Games downloaded in rar format are Warezed games (I hardly see any other situation where the game would be rared) & we do not discuss such software here, sorry.
