Re-label of hard drives

My motherboard failed and I had to replace it. I have two hard drives and the C drive was linked to the 2nd D hard drive. I have lost the link between them and it has caused huge errors. I believe it may be caused because my second hard drive has now been labeled as "F" drive.

How can I change the "F" drive back to "D" drive and get my links between the documents on C drive back?

Also, when I start up the computer, it blinks to a black screen about 10 times before finally getting to the login screen on windows. Also when I choose my name to login it blinks and about 4 more times before finally becoming stable so I can work.
Can someone please tell me how to stop my computer from blinking so many times?

Must have something in its eye, bless,

Use Disk Management to relable the drives back to what they should be, right click my computer and choose manage.

As for the blinking, the resolution could be to high for the monitor or its screen refresh rate is to high, try going into control panel and display settings and choosing lower settings.
