Regidit Wo't Run Pls Help

Windows cannot find 'regidit'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try agadn. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

Eksplorasi.exe --- also error
IEXPLORER.EXE ---also error
0x6600acc --- also error.

they pop up every time i open my computer.
