Reoccuring Trojan.exe file

Hi, My AVG keeps indentifiying a file gdnUS2296[1].exe as a trojan virus. I've told the program to delete it, heal it, etc. but nothing seems to get rid of it forever. Is there another program creating this exe over and over again?

Then see. How to post your Hijackthis log-file as an ATTACHMENT.

Only post a HJT log after doing the above.
