Retrieving deleted .jpg from windows 7

I deleted some pictures on accident and would like to get them back. Any one know of a program that will allow me to do this?

I've never used Recuva but it's from the same folks who offer CCleaner (which i do use) so i assume it's also pretty good.

Yes they r, I have a habit of not leaving anything in there even if I don't know whats in there before I remove all items

Try Recuva or PC Inspector.
