If you are going to evaluate cpu in gaming or that a different powerdraw, use a measure both at the same power if you are goin to use the same cooling Solution, so we can see which one performs better. It is not fair compare a 9950x3d with and 9800x3d both at different power, fix the powerdraw in a limit that someone can use in real life, apply this to many reviews.
Also, begin to review gpus in the similar category with uv/oc criteria, overlockers uk says that 7900xtx it is more efficient than 4080, just this last it is better in RTX, ALSO use the criteria thatbi said above. Are going to spend 1200 or 900 usd without use all the performance that can give?
