Right Handed Gaming Keyboard Pad?

I use the arrow keys (my right hand) for controlling movement and not 'W','A','S','D', so there aren't many keys close surrounding it therefore hard to use all the different controls and I can't change to using a mouse with my right hand

Anyway's I was wondering if there is like a keyboard pad I can buy which I can place on the right hand side with mroe keys surrounding sort of like Wolfking's gaming keypad? Is that one recommended or are there others??
