Your system is infected by a hacktool rootkit, not to mention other nasties.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

Then, go HERE and do likewise.

Finally, go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Then post a fresh HJT log as an attachment, only after doing the above.
