Rumor has it that Samsung has hit their target of 720p SuperAMOLED displays. The new displays should be unveiled soon and will come in different sizes – 5″, 6″, 7″ are mentioned by insiders.
Rumor mill is in full swing pouncing upon this news bit that Samsung will also be building the next Google phone i.e. Nexus Prime based on these displays. Nexus Prime will probably be powered by a SoC that will make the much admired Galaxy S II look slow - with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor accompanied by PowerVR SGX540 GPU running at a higher clock speed.
