Inactive Search.ivdi.org

Hello.
Today, I foolishly installed search.ivdi.org which overridden my internet explorer.
I uninstalled this from the control panel > devices and features.
However, it the ivdi.org still overrides my internet explorer.
Have I done the uninstalling procedure wrong? Can I still do something about it?

Also, the windows task manager on safe mode displays two instances of csrss.exe, having different memories. I checked command prompt using the "Dir csrss.exe/s" command, and it told me that I have 1 file with 7,680 bites, under the directory "C:¥Windows¥system32". Is there a problem here such as one of them is a malware?

I have a:
Windows 7
(CPU) Intel Core i5-2401M, 2.3GHz
(OS) WIN7 Premium

Thanks in advance.

That's normal.

Hello and thank you for your reply.

For the reason that the computer I had been using was a personal computer without important documents/applications, but with some degree of personal information, I decided to reset it to the state it was two months ago.

I am sorry that I had not done so in the first place to save your time.
