Inactive Security Essentials 2010 locked me up

Hi.
My PC got infected by this thing
I removed it files from startup at msconfig, and now WinXP can't login/
It comes to the login screen, but when I click on the user - it can't go further and jumps back to the login screen.

Any idea what I can do?
btw, it can't even go to the safe mode.

Have you tried getting into Safe Mode?


Boot into Safe Mode

• Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard.
• Select the Safe Mode option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then press ENTER.

Let me know if this can get you into the system.
