My shadowing is mucked up, I think its always been like this. Wondering if its an OS problem or VidCard Drivers. Problem is when I move a window over the text the shadow goes away when the window is moved or closed. Comes back when I refresh the desktop. Here's a screenie:

OS: XP Pro with all the latest windowsupdate things although not SP1
Gfx Card: GF2MX
I'd rather not mess with my drivers to fix such a minor issue, but I may if you guys really think thats the problem.
