I'm using WinXP, and a little problem has arisen. I used to be able to add a toolbar to my task bar (right click taskbar > Toolbars > New Toolbar). For some reason, the toolbar does not stay there after I restart Windows. Hopefully this problem was caused by just a little setting I changed somewhere by accident. Any ideas on how to get my toolbars to stay?
