New research from the University of Kent has shown that serious behavioral abnormalities, some of which could be compared to mental illness in humans, are endemic among captive chimpanzees.

My biggest gripe is that they take the worst cases out of the zoo and put them to work in Telecom and Hewlett-Packard call centres. This needs to be exposed as the greater example of man's inhumanity to entry level customer service technicians.
